A native of the Dominican Republic, Junior moved to New York City at the age of 12 and grew up in a family of successful New York City real estate professionals and Dominican Republic developers. Junior studied marketing as an undergrad and went on to earn a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he focused on property and tax law.
After moving to Seattle in 2001, he transferred his enthusiasm, vision, and attention to detail to the real estate industry. Junior’s legal and marketing experience gave him the opportunity to develop strong research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to quickly evaluate situations and resolve problems. Junior is consistently ranked one of Windermere’s top agents.
Junior is active in the community and volunteers as a member of the board of directors of Mercy Housing Northwest. Mercy Housing manages almost 2,400 affordable rental homes throughout the region, serving over 5,500 residents in the Northwest each day. He supports the important work that Mercy Housing is doing to help provide sorely needed affordable housing in our area. Junior volunteer work with Mercy Housing Northwest parallels nicely with his thriving real estate practice at Windermere Real Estate.
Junior lives in Montlake and considers Seattle his adopted hometown. He also owns investment properties in Seattle and maintains a residence in Manhattan. He enjoys exploring Seattle’s vibrant restaurant scene and keeps active with running, boxing, and skiing.
